Pelican Bay

PELICAN BAY - ICW COMMUNITY

Along a private winding road off the Robert Edge Parkway with easy access to the 31 lies this beautiful, small intracoastal waterway community. Pelican Bay is a gated community located just outside of North Myrtle Beach in Longs, S.C., 3.4 miles from the warm Atlantic Ocean for a nice beach day or dining on Main Street. The main attraction of this ICW community is of course the waterway. Pelican Bay offers its residents access to the Intracoastal via its own private boat launch and day docks. Making the boating life even easier is the private boat storage area adjacent to the boat launch. This community offers large wooded homesites and ponds throughout, making it a highly sought after ICW community. Homes in this community start around $325,000. If you’re interested in touring this community or any other community focused around boating in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area, please feel free to reach out to me.
